This little slugger was on the move the whole evening and was just a really happy 1 year old. Of course, he had many things to explore. It was great to work with this adorable family! What a lucky little boy to have such a great mom and dad!

I've been on a baking spree! Here are some more dishes I created recently.

Homemade pizza, delish.

And pasta with alfredo sauce and these yummy yummy cheesy biscuits. Yeah, just like from Red Lobster.

My maternal instincts have kicked up a notch since I've been home on maternity leave. I've been looking at tons of recipes and all sorts of DIY goodness online. I decided to capture something I baked today. And boy, do I love photographing food.. especially since you get to EAT it!


I quickly whipped up some chocolate chip cookie dough

Poured it into a 9x13 pan and added oreos

Then I whipped up a box of brownie mix.. easy peasy..

..then I poured the brownie batter on top of the oreos and cookie dough

Hungry yet?

A little extra chocolate never hurt anyone

..but now we must wait. Forty-five minutes of wait (at 350°).

Back in Session

Well, I have been on maternity leave for all of August, but I will officially be back to photographing on September 13th! Thanks to all for allowing me to prepare and welcome our new baby boy.
